The protection of your personal data is important to us. This privacy policy informs you about what data is processed in the Race Control apps (Race Control Pro, Race Control Server, Race Control TV and Race Control Driver) and for what purpose.

3. Processing of Personal Data

a) Driver Profiles

Driver profiles can be voluntarily created within the apps. These may contain the following information:

• Nickname
• Profile picture
• Color assignment

This data is used exclusively for display within the apps and on connected displays.

b) Race Data

Lap times, positions and statistics are provided by the Race Control Server and stored locally on the devices. The data does not leave your local network.

4. iCloud Synchronization

If enabled by the user, driver profiles and statistics are synchronized via iCloud between your own devices. Data processing takes place through Apple's iCloud services. Apple's privacy policy additionally applies.

5. No Disclosure to Third Parties

No personal data is disclosed to third parties. There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.

6. No User Accounts

The apps do not require registration or user accounts. No login data or passwords are processed.

7. User Rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Information about stored data
• Correction or deletion
• Restriction of processing
